Urge of Canadian kids getting exercise

Elementary and secondary school students need at least one hour of moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity every day listed on Canadian physical activity guidelines suggested by Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology.
According to a latest report by Active Healthy Kids Canada, only 7% of children in age group of 5 to 11 meet the activity guidelines.
