Canadian country rocker Shania Twain says “it will be a sad goodbye” when her summer farewell tour ends.
Twain announced earlier this week that her upcoming tour will be her last but wants fans to know she will not stop making music.
“It’s been coming for a little while… so it’s not so sudden for me,” Twain told CTV’s Canada AM. “This summer will be the perfect farewell and the perfect time for me to say goodbye to the stage.”
The show itself will be a “bit of a party” said the 49-year old and added she wants to get into the audience as much as she can.
Twain is currently recording a new album which will be put on hold for the tour and recording will resume after the summer
