Empanada Company brings Latin American food to Lakeshore

The Empanada Company, located at 122 Fortieth St., offers several traditional empanadas and some unique ones which mix different ingredients from cuisines around the world. Empanadas, a type of fried pastry with special stuffing inside, is now a different and affordable lunch option around Lakeshore campus. Skedline reporter Vanessa Gomez has the story.
