Tatiana Furtado: Access to Abortion Care Across Canada

Tatiana Furtado was born and raised in Brampton, Ont.  A 2022 graduate of Humber College’s Bachelor of Journalism program, Tatiana is a passionate and driven multi-media journalist interested in exploring various topics, especially in urban health and social inequities. Tatiana is committed to reporting with truthfulness and accuracy and prepared to take any challenge head-on. Her experience working with CBC has given her the tools to report to audiences nationwide and to handle breaking news. Her experience as an editorial writer for a Toronto-based publication has given her the skills to work independently, to chase stories and to meet tight deadlines. Tatiana is ready to jump start her career, immerse herself in all kinds of mediums, and to join the new generation of journalists who invoke change and represent the communities they serve.
