Canadiens leap over Blue Jackets

The Montreal Canadiens were looking to get out of their two game losing streak and definitely did not disappoint on Saturday night.
The Canadiens played the Blue Jackets in Montreal as support for the home team was high.
Canadiens forward Max Pacioretty took early advantage in the game, scoring two goals in the first period to give Montreal a two point lead.
Blue Jackets’ forward Nick Foligno then scored Columbus’ only goal in the game with six minutes to go in the first period.
Carey Price made a great 31 saves for Montreal as the game came to a close with Tomas Plekanec netting the last goal for Montreal, bringing the final score of 3-1.
