The 11-member NBA Hall of Fame Class of 2015 has been announced, which includes some big names and even bigger players.
Dikembe Mutombo, who played 18 seasons in the NBA, will be inducted alongside fellow player Spencer Haywood. The 65-year-old Haywood played with six teams, such as the New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers, during his 14-year career.
University of Kentucky coach, John Calipari, who led the Wildcats to a 38-0 record before being knocked out in this year’s NCAA March Madness tournament, will also be inducted. Former Boston Celtics coach Tom Heinsohn will be inducted this year as well.
All members will be welcomed into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame on September 11.
