Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating an incident that took place in Ryerson Township, Ontario on Friday at their homes.
Four people have died, in what police believe to be a triple murder-suicide. Three of the victims are believed to be related.
The OPP is expected to release their names this week.
Investigators said they found guns at the homes, but are unsure if any of the victims were shot. All four victims showed signs of trauma.
Police are not commenting on the cause of death until a post-mortem is completed.
