On March 24, students around the world Marched For Their Lives. After the recent Parkland Florida shooting, where Nicholas Cruz opened fire and took 17 lives while leaving several more injured – students took matters into their own hands to bring justice to gun control.
The protest captured so much attention; it became a worldwide phenomenon. It has been one of the largest youth protests since the Vietnam war, where Paul McCartney joined in to support the youth in the same place he lost his friend John Lennon to gun violence.
