Democrat House Speaker says Trump is “not worth it” for impeachment

Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said she is “not for impeachment” of U.S. President Donald Trump during an interview with The Washington Post.

Her comments are sparked from Trump’s controversies in office, but Pelosi says her party isn’t working to remove him, the Associated Press reports.

When asked about why they are not taking action, Pelosi simply stated “he’s not worth it”.

During her last stint as house speaker, Pelosi voiced concerns about President George W. Bush but held back motions for impeachment.
