The Etobicoke Sports Hall of Fame kicked off another year with their third annual Winter Carnival on Jan. 18. Hall of Fame Chair Joanne Noble says the event connects specifically with Etobicoke’s youth, but there’s no denying that the Hall’s location in the MasterCard Center gets a lot of visitors and attention.
