Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan has been picked to play as a reserve for the Eastern conference at the NBA All-Star Game in New Orleans Feb. 16.

On Superbowl Sunday the official coin toss to decide first possession was tails. Opera singer Renee Fleming took exactly one minute and 54 seconds to sing the American national anthem. The Gatorade poured on Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll after winning the game was orange and then yellow. No in-game announcer mentioned the word “marijuana.”

Game programming students at Humber who petitioned the school with concerns about their faculty last fall now say that they’re seeing improvements in their classes.

The students had prepared and signed a petition mid-November of 2013, which listed concerns about instructor absenteeism and unreturned assignments. In the petition, the students had named more than half of their professors.
